New advisory opportunities

Increasingly, many of the world’s governments have turned to the scientific community for advice on how to respond to issues such as poverty and climate change, which are major issues of concern. Science for Public Policy joins the initiatives that have been launched in recent years in the European Union. CSIC, in its role as the main Spanish scientific body, seeks to contribute to addressing the challenges facing our country, where the scientific community can provide knowledge and thus make the relationship between science and politics fruitful. Through this page, CSIC staff can access current calls for proposals and submit their applications.
